Common Issues

"Invalid M-PESA Code"

  • Code already used? Each code works once.
  • Typo? Re-enter exactly as shown in M-PESA SMS.
  • Wrong amount? Must match the requested total.

"Credentials Not Working"

  1. Click Report Issue on the subscription card.
  2. Admin investigates (usually < 1 hour).
  3. Replacement credentials issued to your dashboard.

"Payment Approved But No Access"

  • Refresh the dashboard.
  • Check History tab ╬ô├ç├╢ sometimes it's there.
  • If still missing, Message Admin.

"Can't Log In"

  • Try Magic Link (email login without password).
  • Reset password via Forgot Password.
  • Clear cookies / try incognito.

"Spin Wheel Not Loading"

  • Requires login.
  • One spin per calendar day (resets 00:00 UTC).
  • Ad-blockers may interfere ╬ô├ç├╢ disable for this site.
